Anita Garr has been a social worker in many diverse areas for over 18 years in Macomb and Wayne Counties.  She ensures that the Hispanic Coalition has access to services provided within the county.  She also serves on our vital subcommittee on Mental Health which meets monthly.  Her expertise in community services is welcomed and needed in our Coalition.
